RETURNS AND WARRANTY POLICY

CONTACT US BEFORE RETURNING AN ITEM
Before returning any product, please contact our Customer Service Team so we can assist you and advise on the next steps. This helps us resolve issues as quickly and efficiently as possible.
RETURNS AND FAULTY PRODUCTS
All returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase. If a product is found to be faulty after assessment, we will offer either:
- A replacement
- A refund where appropriate
The resolution offered will depend on the nature of the issue and stock availability.
ELIGIBILITY FOR REPLACEMENT OR REFUND
To qualify for a replacement or refund, the following conditions must be met:
- You must notify us of any suspected fault within 5 working days of receiving your order
- Items must be unused, unopened and in their original sealed packaging
- Proof of purchase must be provided
SHIPPING ERRORS AND MISSING ITEMS
If your order has been supplied incorrectly or an item is missing:
- Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- We will promptly investigate and correct any shipping errors
Claims made outside this timeframe may not be accepted.
UNWANTED ITEMS
If you have ordered an item in error or no longer require it:
- Contact us within 5 working days of delivery
- Items must be unopened, unused and in resellable condition
Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued for the product value. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
The following are not covered under our warranty or returns policy:
- General wear and tear
- Accidental damage or misuse
- Incorrect usage or failure to follow product instructions
- Improper storage or handling
- Modifications, alterations, or repairs by unauthorised parties
- Failure to maintain or clean products as recommended
