I’m having trouble logging in, what should I do?

Can I collect my order in person?

At present, we do not offer in person collection. All orders are dispatched using trusted courier services.

An item is out of stock, when will it be available again?

We work hard to keep all VG and PG products in stock, but high-demand items may sell out.You can select “Notify Me When Back in Stock” on the product page or contact Customer Service for availability updates.

How do I cancel an order?

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday–Friday) are typically dispatched the same day. If you wish to cancel, please contact Customer Service immediately with your order number. If the order has already shipped, unopened items may be returned in resellable condition for a refund.

Can I change my order or delivery address?

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we’ll do our best to help. Please contact us promptly with your order number and updated details.

How do I view previous orders?

Log into your account and visit the Orders section to view your order history.

How do I use a discount or promotional code?

Enter your discount code during checkout. Please note that only one promotional code can be used per order.

My order arrived incomplete, what should I do?

If any items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Claims received outside this timeframe cannot be accepted.

Yes. Unopened and unused items may be returned within1 4 days of purchase. Please include your order number with the return. Once inspected, we’ll refund the item cost (delivery charges are non-refundable). Opened or used items cannot be returned unless faulty.

What are VG and PG?

VG (Vegetable Glycerine) and PG (Propylene Glycol) are clear, odourless liquids widely used as base ingredients across multiple industries, including food production, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and manufacturing.

What is the difference between VG and PG?

VG is thicker with a naturally mild sweetness, while PG is thinner and more effective at carrying flavour and aroma. Each has different properties depending on the intended application.

Are your VG and PG products high purity?

Yes. All VG and PG products are supplied to high-purity standards and sourced from approved manufacturers. Product specifications and documentation are available on request.

How should VG and PG be stored?

Store in a cool, dry place with the container tightly sealed. Keep away from direct sunlight and out of reach of children.

Do VG and PG products have an expiry date?

Yes. All products are supplied with batch numbers and clearly marked expiry or best-before dates for full traceability.

Can VG and PG be mixed together?

Yes. VG and PG are fully miscible and can be blended together depending on the required use.

Are your VG and PG products tested and traceable?

Yes. All products are batch-controlled and supplied with traceability. Safety Data Sheets (SDS) are available upon request.

Our VG and PG are sourced from approved suppliers and bottled or distributed in the United Kingdom in line with applicable regulations.
